Please note ... You are NOT an exception to the rules. BE RESPONSIBLE. And please, don't make us remind you of the rules...that makes us ALL uncomfortable.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH around campground - Watch for children!
STORE/OFFICE HOURS: 9am - 7pm (10pm July & Aug)
POOL & REC HALL: 9am to 8pm (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day)

CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT
CAMPSITE, TENT OR RV: Checkin 1:00pm. Checkout 11:00am
CABINS: Checkin 4:00pm. Checkout 11am.
BATH HOUSE & SHOWERS: CLOSED 11:00am - 1:00pm for cleaning. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY

QUIET TIME: 10:00pm Includes music, voices (and TV coming from your RV-please don't make us knock!)

CHILDREN: Must NOT be left alone in public areas. Must be back at campsite 8pm.
Playground closes 8pm or dusk. Kids under 10 must always be accompanied by adult in Bathhouse.
For EVERYONES safety, no bike riding after dark (any age) and no playing on playground after 8pm or dusk

POOL: Open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. State Law says UNDER AGE 15 MUST BE WITH ADULT (21 years or older) in Pool area. No diapers in pool. No food/drinks in pool. No dogs in pool area. Please read posted pool rules upon entering.

RIVER: Community sitting area, on sites R8 & R9 (new for 2018) River access near R1. Use at your own risk. Dogs allowed in river off-leash. Rod & reel fishing is allowed in the Ammonoosuc River (NH Fishing license required age 16+ www.nhfishandgame.com

CAMPFIRES: Fire Rings for campfires at each site. NO moving fire rings.
Max fire height 2 feet. No tree cutting on campground property. Bundled firewood and fire-starters available at Campground Office. No out of state wood. http://www.dontmovefirewood.org/the-problem/state-state-information/new-hampshire.html

CAMPSITES: DO NOT LEAVE FOOD ON TABLES OR TRASH OUT. ANIMALS will smell it and possibly visit your site. No screws/nails in trees. Tying around larger trees or picnic tables is OK. DO NOT USE NEIGHBORING SITES-LEAVE THEM VACANT. 2 tents/structures per site MAXIMUM. NO washing of RV’s, vehicles, pets, etc. at your site.
Changing sites requires office approval. All equipment/items must fit on your site, including vehicle. Keep roads open. Extra vehicles-see office for parking.
Note: The newer HUGE tents may not fit on a traditional site. Please check when making reservation if you have 4+room tent - BEFORE you arrive. No refunds at check-in.

LIGHTS & ELECTRIC: ANY AND ALL LIGHTS MUST BE OUT AT 10:00PM. IT'S QUIET TIME. Before 10pm any decorative lighting must be solar or battery run-not electric. All outside trailer lights must be out at 10:00pm. There is no need for any lights to be on while people are sleeping. And after turning lights out, LOOK UP! ... the stars are beautiful here. Enjoy the outdoors light free.
Flashlights may be used when moving about but not to keep your campsite lit. Fires may be kept going until 11:30pm.

DOGS: MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. Pet(s) must be kept within the confines of your site. Quiet dogs. No digging at site. Cleaning up after your pets is expected-every time. Rabies Certificate is required upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.
KEEP DOGS OFF vacant campsites.
Town sidewalk across from campground. Good walking area short walk up street over bridge then down along road across river, or sidewalk, then up and around corner. Pretty walk on Route 3

ALCOHOL: Must be discreetly covered. Drunk and disorderly conduct is not tolerated.
CANNABIS/MARIJUANA: Not legal in NH. Not to be used at campground. The strong smell is obvious, you'll be asked to leave.

FIREWORKS AND ILLEGAL DRUGS: NOT allowed anywhere on campground properties. Drug issues are handled by local or state law enforcement.

VISITORS: Day visitor -all ages $5/day (only between 2pm - 7pm), $7/overnight (after 7pm) plus vehicle
(Max 4 people per site).

PARKING: One vehicle allowed at site. $5/additional vehicle. Additional parking see Office.

TRASH: Place in Dumpster or Recycling Shed
DUMPSTER for food trash: paper plates, food containers, cups, etc. DUMPSTER CLOSED WITH BEARPROOF LOCK AT 8PM. PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
RECYCLE SHED for Glass, Plastic, Aluminum, Newspaper/Magazines/Cardboard.
NO large objects, NO PROPANE tanks (any size), DO NOT LEAVE broken equipment in the dumpster.
You may take large items to transfer station in town-see camp office or web for hours.

WI-FI: Available throughout the campground. Upgraded June 2017. Excellent signal. Please be fair in your usage so all may enjoy. High-usage users, black or brown web users will be disconnected. (Guests have been great! We haven't had this happen yet!)

ETIQUETTE: Our guests enjoy the low-key, family friendly, pet friendly atmosphere. Reminder: NO Swearing, NO Yelling, NO Smoking, NO barking dogs. NO dogs permitted in or around Rec Hall, Playground or Pool. No cigarette butts on ground. Pet waste pick up and place in dumpster.
ALL ADULTS are responsible for minors and pets and visitors in their care. Unruly behavior, unusual occurrences or concerns should be reported to OFFICE.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: 100% refund less $25 processing fee if cancelled 31+ days prior to arrival. 50% refund 15-30 days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancelled 0-14 days prior to arrival. 50% Deposit required to book reservation, or pay in full. Balance due will be charged automatically 14 days prior to your arrival unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. You may mail check to be received 20 days ahead or use credit cards (not for seasonals). Date changes are subject to cancellation/refund policy.No exceptions.

Rules are for everyones safety and enjoyment. Nothing worse than us having to go to your site to remind you of the rules.
